This will ensure that your labels don't appear blurry and stretched when printed. It is the RESPONSIBILITY of the buyer to make sure that their artwork meets the minimum requirements.

If your case is dark, please use our standard labels to ensure that your artwork shows up when your label is placed on your product. Free text design available.

My package is delayed. What do I do?

USPS can be unpredictable sometimes. Please be sure to order in enough time to allow for any possible mail delays, or please contact us in advance if you'd like your package to ship via UPS, since they do offer guaranteed delivery dates and are very reliable. We aren't responsible for USPS delays but will be glad to help in any way possible.
